Historically, scholarships have been awarded by Las Damas to individuals living in Sunset, Beach, Surfside and Huntington Beach. This award is intended to be used at either traditional or vocational institutions (i.e. trade schools).
The grant criteria will be based on; community service, educational/career goals, and grades. We will also consider the overall completeness and quality of the application. The grant monies are awarded based on the funds generated by the Sunset Beach Mother’s Day Art Festival.
Applications will be accepted beginning January 06, 2025, and must be emailed no later than 4 pm Friday, March 7, 2025 for consideration.
